Is this baby almost 6 months old already? Where oh where has the time gone?
Ariadne is just about the happiest baby I’ve ever seen.
Her not so happy moments are very limited. The only struggles we really have are bed time. But that’s a story for another post.
This month, Ariadne can:
-Sit up unassisted for long periods of time.
-Play with her toys, pulling things towards her, putting them in her mouth, shaking, throwing etc.
-Scoot on the floor. I guess that’s what it’s called, right? The movement just prior to crawling, when they can move all around by putting their butt in the air and face to the ground.
-Pull herself up from sitting while holding on to things.
-Move from sitting up to her tummy both on purpose and accidentally
-Play with the computer – uhh again, a story for another post.
-Talking. Making noises is her most favourite thing.
-Blowing raspberries, mimicking you blowing raspberries.
-Having raspberries blown on her belly.
-Watching Daddy use the salad spinner (mainly because he goes “ZOOMZOOMZOOM” while he’s doing it – he will deny it, but I can hear him downstairs as I type this)
-Being naked. But then again, who doesn’t?
-Taking baths with Mama. We go swimming together in the bath, it’s fun.
-Reaching for our food. One more month, one more month, one more month.
It’s been another whirlwind of a month!
On to month six!
